NOTICE OF
BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Appleg= ate Valley RFPD #9, Jackson and Josephine Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss= the budget for the fiscal year
July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, will be held at the Hea= dquarters fire station, 1095 Upper Applegate Rd.&nbs= p; The meeting will take place on Wednesday the 17th day of March, 2010= , at 7:00 p.m. The purpose is to r= eceive the budget message and document of the fire district.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Bud= get Committee will take place. Any person may appear at this meeting and discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee. A copy of t= he budget document may be inspected at the Headquarters fire station, between = the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday after the 5th of March, 20= 10.
